I'm Tasneem Sattar

A few years ago, I saw another mum break down in tears, completely overwhelmed, exhausted, and at her limit. In that moment, I remember thinking, “That could be me.” On the outside, I was seen as a superwoman who had it all together, but inside, I was constantly tired, running on empty, and just going through the motions.

I know what it’s like to juggle work, parenting, and everything in between, to feel like you’re never doing enough, even though you’re giving everything. Some days, I felt completely disconnected from myself and my life, and behind closed doors, I’d break down in tears.

Everything began to shift when I joined a coaching group. A supportive space where women like me came together to reflect, grow, and support one another. For the first time, I gave myself permission to slow down, breathe, and take stock. I realized that small, simple steps could create real, lasting change.

That’s why I created the 30 Days Clarity & Calm Challenge, to give busy, stressed mums a gentle, practical way to reclaim calm, focus, and balance in their days. My hope is that you’ll feel more grounded, connected, and in control and remember that you can include yourself in the picture without guilt.
